Ivy Candles Exclusive Candle Line

 How it works: 

1. You,  your business or company decides what unique names (up to 4 names) you want to use for the candles and descriptions of the names.

2. Ivy Candles will match fragrances to names and will give you, your company/business 2 versions of each name for you to sample in 4oz sample tins (8 sample tins total). 

3. You will have time to decide which version you prefer. Once chosen, the information will be faxed/emailed to Ivy Candles, using the forms included in the Exclusive Candle Line Packet.

4. Ivy Candles will confirm names, scents, quantities per size, and send invoices. Once payment is received, your order will be produced.

5. Timeline - Exclusive Line Candles will be delivered within 3 weeks from date of final payment confirmation.

6. Re-orders will take 3 weeks to complete. Candles are not kept in stock and will be made when ordered.

7. The “Collection” will be exclusively produced for you, your company/business and only be available through that company/business. Your individual, business/company’s “Collection” will NOT be available anywhere else.

Ordering Information

1. Deposit:

· $150 Non-refundable deposit

· Deposits will be applied towards cost of order

2. Candle Prices: 

· Small Candles (13.3oz) - $15.00 each

· Large Candles (23oz) - $25.00 each

3. Discounts:

· $225 off 150 candles

· $450 off 200 candles

4. Shipping and Delivery:

· Free Shipping for Atlanta and surrounding areas

· Free Delivery for Atlanta and surrounding areas

5. Order Minimums:

· Minimum order of 25 candles

6. Taxes:

· Will be added to final price on invoice

Re-Ordering Instructions:

1. Email order request to crystal@ivy-candles.com

2. Please include:

· Name

· Delivery Address

· Email address

· Contact Phone Number

· Name of candle, size, and quantity requested per size

(ex. Sweet Grass: 25 small, 25 large)

3. An invoice will be emailed to email address given (or sent via mail by request)

4. Payments can be made through the link in the invoice by credit card or via check by mail.

5. Once payment is received, order will be delivered within approx. 3 weeks.

6. An email will be sent a week before delivery to confirm delivery address.
